Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ForXell is business management (ERP) software published by Milex SAS, a French company. For any question about this policy: milex.fr/support.

2. The forxell.com website

This is a static marketing website. It sets no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics trackers. A single piece of information is stored locally in your browser (localStorage): your language preference. It never leaves your device.

3. The ForXell mobile app

The ForXell app is a professional companion for employees of companies using ForXell. A key point of its architecture:

• The app connects exclusively to your company's own ForXell server (the domain you enter at first launch). No data is ever sent to Milex SAS or to any other third party from the app.
• No advertising, no tracking, no data resale, no third-party analytics SDK.

Data processed by the app, only between your device and your company's server:

• Login credentials: your employee username and password are sent to your company's server for authentication; the session token is stored encrypted in your device's Keychain.
• Business data you consult (customers, sales documents, stock, statistics…): it belongs to your company and stays on your company's ForXell instance, hosted in France.
• Photos: if you use receipt scanning (expense reports) or proof of delivery, the photos you take are sent to your company's server. Camera access requires your explicit permission.
• GPS location (optional): when a delivery is signed, your position can be attached to the proof if you grant location permission. Declining does not prevent submitting the proof.

4. Responsibilities

For business data processed through the app, the data controller is your employer (the ForXell customer company). Milex SAS acts as the software publisher. To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure…) over that data, contact your company's ForXell administrator.

5. Retention and deletion

The session token and server preference are stored only on your device. They are deleted when you sign out or uninstall the app. Business data follows your company's retention policy.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. For ERP data: contact your company's administrator. For the forxell.com website: milex.fr/support. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated; the date at the top prevails. Substantial changes will be announced on this page.
