1. Who we are

ForXell is business management (ERP) software published by Milex SAS, a French company. For any question about this policy: milex.fr/support.

2. The forxell.com website

Audience measurement, without cookies. We measure traffic on this site with Plausible, installed on our own server (stats.forxell.com). Plausible sets no cookies, stores nothing else in your browser and collects no personal data: it counts visits, page views and a few actions (sending a form, clicking to book a demo, clicking “Buy”) in aggregate.

Advertising cookies, only with your consent. If you click « Accepter » (Accept) in the banner, the site loads the tags of Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing), which set their own cookies. Purpose: measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. These platforms process this data under their own policies and retention periods. If you click « Continuer sans accepter » (Continue without accepting), none of these tags is loaded and no advertising cookie is set.

Duration and withdrawal of your choice. Your choice is stored in your browser for 6 months, after which the banner is shown again. You can change it or withdraw your consent at any time: manage my cookies.

Other information kept in your browser. Your language preference and, for the duration of the visit only, the campaign parameters of the landing address (utm_*). These parameters are sent with a form you submit or a sign-up you start, so we know which campaign brought you here. If the landing address contains it, the code of the partner who recommended ForXell to you is kept in the same way and goes with your purchase: it identifies the partner, not you.

3. Sales prospecting and demo requests

Forms on the site. When you request a demo, a call-back or contact, we receive what you enter (name, company, email, phone, message), the page you came from and the campaign parameters. This data is used to answer you, organise the demo and follow up on your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request. It is stored in our ForXell software, hosted in France (Microsoft Azure, France Central region). Demo slots are booked on Microsoft Bookings.

Business-to-business prospecting. We may contact companies by email or phone to present ForXell. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in making our products known to professionals. The data used are business contact details from the INSEE SIRENE register, a business data provider (Manageo), public professional directories, the free OpenStreetMap map database and company websites.

Retention. This data is kept for 3 years after the last contact.

Objection. You can object to prospecting at any time, in one click via the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by writing to us via milex.fr/support. Your data is never sold or transferred.

Service providers. For the site, the forms and prospecting, we use service providers acting on our behalf: Fly.io (hosting of the site, in Paris), Cloudflare (delivery and protection of the site and forms), Microsoft (Azure, France Central region, for the CRM; Bookings, for booking demos), Brevo (sending prospecting emails) and Bouncer (verifying prospecting email addresses).

Data controller: Milex SAS.

4. The ForXell mobile app

The ForXell app is a professional companion for employees of companies using ForXell. A key point of its architecture:

• The app connects exclusively to your company's own ForXell server (the domain you enter at first launch). No data is ever sent to Milex SAS or to any other third party from the app.
• No advertising, no tracking, no data resale, no third-party analytics SDK.

Data processed by the app, only between your device and your company's server:

• Login credentials: your employee username and password are sent to your company's server for authentication; the session token is stored encrypted in your device's Keychain.
• Business data you consult (customers, sales documents, stock, statistics…): it belongs to your company and stays on your company's ForXell instance, hosted in France.
• Photos: if you use receipt scanning (expense reports) or proof of delivery, the photos you take are sent to your company's server. Camera access requires your explicit permission.
• GPS location (optional): when a delivery is signed, your position can be attached to the proof if you grant location permission. Declining does not prevent submitting the proof.

5. Responsibilities

For business data processed through the app, the data controller is your employer (the ForXell customer company). Milex SAS acts as the software publisher. To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure…) over that data, contact your company's ForXell administrator.

6. Retention and deletion

The session token and server preference are stored only on your device. They are deleted when you sign out or uninstall the app. Business data follows your company's retention policy.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. For ERP data: contact your company's administrator. For the forxell.com website: milex.fr/support. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated; the date at the top prevails. Substantial changes will be announced on this page.
