ForXell Application (forxell.com/app and client instances) — hosted by Microsoft Azure — Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Region France Central (Paris): client data is hosted within the European Union.
Traffic distribution and protection are provided by Cloudflare, Inc. — 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (reverse proxy / CDN).
3. Intellectual Property
All elements comprising this site and the ForXell software (structure, texts, visuals, logos, database, source code) are the property of MILEX SAS or its partners and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Trademarks and designations of third parties mentioned on this site (operating systems, hosting services, connectors, distributors) remain the property of their respective owners and are mentioned solely for information regarding the software’s interoperability.
4. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is described in detail in our privacy policy. In summary:
- The forxell.com site is a showcase site: it does not place any advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Only your language preference is stored locally in your browser.
- For management data entered into the application by client companies, the data controller is the client company; MILEX SAS acts as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR.
- Data provided during a subscription (identity, company, billing address) is processed for the performance of the contract and compliance with accounting and tax obligations.
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data.

You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

5. Payments
Online subscriptions are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.. MILEX SAS never has access to bank card numbers, which are entered and stored exclusively with the payment service provider.
6. Cookies
This site only places cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary for its operation (language preference, security). They do not require prior consent and may be deleted at any time via your browser settings.
7. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any consumer has the right to refer a matter free of charge to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute, after having submitted a written complaint that has not received a satisfactory response.
