Exporting invoices

This screen allows you to export your invoices (or a selection of invoices) to an external file, so that you can send them to another system or to your accountant.

What it is for

Certain one-off requirements may necessitate extracting your invoices from the ERP system: for transfer to third-party software, external archiving or cross-checking. This screen centralises this export operation, in addition to specialised exports such as the FEC (for accounting purposes) or Factur-X (single electronic invoice).
