Invoice financing (cash advance)
Invoice financing allows you to receive an immediate cash advance against a customer invoice that the customer has not yet paid, rather than waiting until the due date. The advance and fees are provided by our partner Defacto; repayment is made automatically when your customer settles the invoice. You can submit a request with a single click from within an invoice; the proposal (advance amount, fees) is displayed, and you can confirm whether you accept it.
What it is for
When you invoice on 30- or 60-day terms, the money from the sale does not reach your account until much later. Invoice financing bridges this gap: as soon as an invoice is issued, you can obtain an immediate advance against it, which improves your cash flow without having to take out a traditional bank loan. ForXell is linked to its partner Defacto: Defacto assesses the eligibility of the invoice and your company, proposes an advance amount and fees, pays out the money, and then recovers its costs when your customer pays. You remain in control: nothing is committed until you have confirmed the proposal displayed. The module is optional and must be activated for your company; it operates in test mode (sandbox) until the account goes live, allowing you to try out the process without any real commitment.
