Preparations & serial numbers

An intermediate step between the customer order and the delivery note. This allows the technical team to prepare the products and enter or scan the serial numbers before dispatch.

What it is for

Once you have created a customer order, you must prepare the items before delivering them. Preparation allows you to: physically prepare the products in the warehouse, enter the serial numbers (unique barcodes for each product), check that the items match the order, and then automatically generate the delivery note once everything is in order. This is the missing link between the order and the actual delivery.
