Validations (actions suggested by the AI)

The approval queue lists the actions proposed by the ERP’s AI agents: each proposal awaits a human decision. ‘Approve’ immediately triggers the actual execution of the action; ‘Reject’ closes the item without carrying out any action. The principle remains the same: the AI suggests, the human approves — the AI never executes actions on its own. Screen reserved for administrators.

What it is for

ForXell incorporates AI agents capable of carrying out actions on your behalf (for example, following up on an invoice or sending a quotation, depending on the business agents activated in your installation). To ensure you remain in control of your business management, these agents never carry out any actions directly: they submit a proposal to this queue, with a title and a summary explaining the proposed action. You, as the administrator, review each proposal and make a decision: Approve to ensure the action is actually carried out, or Reject to dismiss it. The screen therefore acts as a safeguard between the AI’s suggestions and your actual data. It also maintains a complete history of proposals — those carried out, rejected or that failed — which can be filtered and viewed. Finally, every decision is logged in the audit trail along with the identity of the person who made it.
