EatXell — Online ordering (click & collect, QR, self-service terminal)

All orders your customers place WITHOUT a waiter: via a public link (click & collect), via the QR code on a table, or via a kiosk in your entrance hall. The screen brings together the service workflow — accept, send to the kitchen, ready, collected — and the settings for the three devices: collection time slots, table-specific QR codes, and kiosks.

What it is for

A customer who orders without going through a waiter cannot place an order on their own: someone at the restaurant must approve it. That is the role of this screen. An incoming order does not take up any table space, does not go into the kitchen and does not count towards the service until you have accepted it — because a rush can be unmanageable, or an item may be out of stock. Acceptance is the moment you commit: the order becomes a standard bill, with prices recalculated based on your price list, and the dishes are sent to the stations as if they’d been entered in the dining room.
